Purchasing a block of land on the waterfront with an existing fibro home, the owners decided to 'Knockdown & Rebuild'. A few challenges lay ahead with being in a flood zone & bushfire prone area and the block being very narrow.

The brief for the project was to create a design that was solar passive with 3 large bedrooms and large living open plan with lots of light, while taking in the waterfront views.
