The first floor is a dedicated teenagers retreat with bedrooms, secondary living area and bathroom.

A mixture of materials are used including face brickwork, weatherboard cladding and stacked stone.

The swimming pool is a concrete structure, predominantly above ground to suit the ground floor level and has been privately screened by the tropical landscape.
