The location of this property in Bomaderry on a large 3039m² provided a rural setting yet is only 5 minutes from the center of Nowra.

The front façade of this building was designed to take up a lot of the 42m property frontage with the main design feature being a very large Portico with a raised roof and stacker stone columns.

One end of the building contains the main bedroom, whilst all of the kids bedrooms are at the other end of the house creating a private retreat for the parents.

The main feature of the overall home is the large living area leading onto the rear alfresco and pool area, the alfresco roof was designed to be raked so as not to detract from the glorious views to Cambewarra Mountain.
