The design brief for this residence was to construct a modern design taking in the Northern aspect on a suburban block located in Worrigee.
The building features four bedroom, with ensuites to master, with the main feature a large living / dining / kitchen space with raked ceilings.
The alfresco leads from the living area via a large sliding door, the alfresco is situated at the rear of the property to take full advantage of northerly aspect and have maximum privacy.
The building has a mixture of cladding and brickwork with different skillion rooves to create an interesting façade from Alata Crescent.
